Bug Description
Using Claude in Chrome, Chrome was prompted to Passkey auth on Github.com for a gitHub app install I had explictly requested working with ArgoCD + Renovate. The Model's output in the chat about wanting "sudo access" likely triggered this guardrail not a user ask or a rogue prompt
