[BUG] any changes in workflow exhaust the limit in one or 2 message

What's Wrong?

I have created workflow to automate video uploading on YouTube
But whenever I do any small changes the limit hits since yesterday I am facing issue

What Should Happen?

It should not exhaust limit this much quick
