[Bug] API Rate Limiting or Model Access Restrictions Preventing Legitimate Use Cases

Bug Description
Really frustrating when I can't use the best model or 4.8 and Fable 5 (Best Models) for a task where the intentions are clearn wholesome and honest. And not to mention might recomend the use of your products even earning you revenue. This has happened several times for me on totally different projects. It is like you invite me to use Fable for 6 days and yet stop me from using it for legit purposes. A project where ChatGPT has no problems with it and I would rather use your models. Feels like I am getting pushed away from using your products. Please find a way to stop this! I would be happy to offer my ID to prove I am legit and submit to monitoring on projects that you are concerned with. Super frustrated with Anthropic and our US government right now.
