[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Server rate limiting preventing all sessions

Bug Description
Now status.claude.com reports the Incident was resolved. Indeed the 500 errors stopped but now we are receiving another error on ALL sessions: "API Error: Server is temporarily limiting requests (not your usage limit) · Rate limited" which completely impede us to continue working...
