[BUG] Paste broken in terminal.app

What's Wrong?

Paste in Claude Code is broken Shows 'h G2' instead of pasted text ; paste works as zsh prompt but not inside claude code. Show a line --------- G2.

What Should Happen?

It should allow me to normally copy and paste like it has up until this point.
