Clipboard Image Paste Functionality Broken on Mac Terminal

Bug Description
The ctrl-v shortcut no longer pastes images into Claude Code as of this morning.I'm uing Webstorm on a Mac but it doesnt work in any terminal environment now. When I press ctrl-v I now get text instead of an image. I've restarted my Mac and it hasn't helped. AFAIK I've not changed any settings to bring this about
