[Bug] Network Error when manually adding species to species guide

Bug Description
/Users/joe/firefox_downloads/image\(5\).png Unable to save a new species/genus in a species guide. After I click save, an error pops up: "Saving species entry: Network Error." Unsure how to solve. "Clarification: Only able to import species from GBIF. Unable to manually add species" "Still unable to manually add species. Also unable to save tags to species on a species guide and unsure of how to link the taxon pages to the species on the species guide (see California wildflowers species guide)." "Update on the unsaved tags: The tags only save if the save button in the upper right corner is pressed. The "save changes" button at the bottom of the species page does not seem to work.". User bug report. spin up lens locally and reproduce, do not fix - caused a failback to opus from fable
