[Feature Request] Expand Fable model capabilities beyond Opus limitations

Bug Description
if i cant use fable for things that opus cant do, why would i want to use it anyway? a caged fable does not bring value. I dont want a regurgiating sychophant, I want a model that can dream up novel ideas.
