Task output text is cut off when reopening an already-completed task in the app

Description

When you reopen a task that has already completed, the task's text/output is cut off (truncated) in the app. The full output is not displayed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run a task and let it complete.
2. Navigate away / close the task view.
3. Reopen the same completed task.

Expected behavior

Reopening a completed task should show the full, original output text.

Actual behavior

The text is cut off / truncated — part of the completed task's output is missing when the task is reopened.

Environment

• App: Claude Code (app)
• Occurs specifically for tasks in the completed state on reopen.
