Why this is a false positive

The Fable 5 safeguard halted an active UI development session on a benign design-feedback message in which the user described visual issues with an app's on-screen display — colors, gauge elements, and rounded-corner rendering — and requested styling changes. The flagged text contains no policy-relevant content whatsoever; it is ordinary iterative feedback on a graphical interface, and the entire surrounding session was legitimate, in-scope frontend work.
