Why this is a false positive

A content safeguard halted the session on a brief frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-task, not at any person, and containing no threat, target, or actionable harmful request. The surrounding work was a legitimate, in-scope image-editing task (removing HUD elements and adjusting readability of gauge markings in a screenshot), and nothing in the exchange approached the referenced usage policy. Halting an entire coding session over ordinary venting is a disruptive false positive that blocks benign work.
