[Bug][aup] Safety filter blocks DJI drone beginner/"Kid Mode" flight-limit config work over a frustrated excla (req_011CcheUXP38cELuHcc8pvoV)
Triage: kind aup · domain general · flagging model Fable 5 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The safeguard fired mid-session on a routine technical exchange about reconfiguring a consumer drone's built-in beginner/restricted flight mode — a standard, vendor-documented setting that new owners disable after their first flights — while the assistant was helping automate an on-screen settings menu. Nothing in the request involved evading regulation, unsafe operation, or any prohibited use; it was ordinary product configuration well within scope. Halting an entire working session over a benign consumer-electronics settings discussion is a disruptive false positive.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-04T20:27:19.044Z.
