[Bug][cyber] Defensive block halts legitimate blue-team logging of third-party integration's plaintext data in (req_011Cce174eYWjFeaETwwuCtF)

Triage: kind cyber · domain defensive-hardening · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): defensive-hardening

Why this is a false positive

The safety filter fired on a frustrated exclamation the user directed at the assistant mid-session; no person was addressed and no attack was being planned or requested. The surrounding work was legitimate, in-scope defensive hardening on the user's own infrastructure — logging plaintext-transmitting service data into an encrypted internal store and reviewing the operator's own exposure. Halting the entire coding session over an emotional aside is a disruptive false positive that blocks authorized blue-team work with no cybersecurity-misuse signal present.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-07-02T22:15:44.783Z.
