You've hit your session limit · resets 1:50am (Asia/Tokyo)

Bug Description

The issue is as follows:

  1. I am receiving a message stating, "You have hit your session limit," which says I cannot use the service until 1:50.
  1. Previously, the limit was set until 9:00, so I waited until that time passed. It is now 9:10, and my session usage shows as 0%, which means there should be no limit active.
  1. However, despite the usage being at 0%, the system still insists that I am restricted until 1:50.
  1. When I check the web interface for my account, it shows that I have no session limit active.

It appears to be a bug where the session limit is not resetting correctly in Claude Code even though the limit period has passed and usage is at zero. I would like to request an improvement or a fix for this issue so I can use the service again.
