You've hit your limit · resets 6am (Asia/Tokyo)

Bug Description
Hi,

I recently switched from a Claude Max plan to a Teams Standard plan. After the switch, my Claude Code session usage hit 100% after only 1-2 interactions, which seems abnormal even accounting for the lower usage allowance on Teams Standard.

Here's my situation:

• Previously on Claude Max (no issues with usage limits)
• Switched to Teams Standard plan
• Claude Code shows "Current session: 100% used" after just 1-2 prompts
• Weekly usage (all models) shows only 18% used
• Session resets at 6am Asia/Tokyo

I understand that Teams Standard offers 1.25x Pro usage per session, which is significantly less than Max. However, hitting the session limit after only 1-2 interactions doesn't seem right — even at 1.25x Pro, I would expect to get substantially more usage than that.

I'm also aware that Anthropic has acknowledged an issue where Claude Code users are hitting usage limits faster than expected. Could this be related?

Could you please look into whether:

1. My seat is correctly provisioned as Teams Standard with the proper usage allocation
2. The transition from Max to Teams was fully completed without any account-level issues
3. This is related to the known Claude Code usage limit bug
