Open 💬 1 comment Opened Jul 3, 2026 by Aizen93

Bug Description
I'm trying to fix my projects security vulnrabilities and add message encryption feature. I used model Fable 5 for this and it is flagging the plan as dangerous when i'm simply doing normal security maintenance of the project and adding new features that include : screen sharing feature, mute/unmute bug fix, message encryption for privacy and audio pipeline errors. My project is a communication plateform, and is being flagged by Fable 5 safeguards which makes it unuasable for a simple task as this.

Prompt used
Scan the voxium project and understand what it is about, we already have a live version running in production. Once you have everything you need, I want you to stabilize the project because right now there are multiple bugs, business logic errors and innefficient performance across the project. There are multiple mark down files that explains the architecture, roadmap, changelogs, todo list...etc that you can use to understand where we are at. Once the project is stabilized and fixed, we should focus on encryption to secure the data for the users and also fix the screen sharing bug. Make a plan first then report to me before starting to implement.

Environment Info

  • Platform: win32
  • Terminal: windows-terminal
  • Version: 2.1.199
  • Feedback ID: 20483573-0193-4547-bbb3-91b851f2d148

Errors

Fable 5's safeguards flagged this message. The safeguards are intentionally broad right now and may flag safe and routine coding, cybersecurity, or biology work. These measures let us bring you Mythos-level capabilities sooner, and we're working to refine them. Switched to Opus 4.8. Send feedback with /feedback or learn more

But doesn't say exactly which prompt, or which subagent was the culprit.
