What's Wrong?
Hello,
Today, without my authorization or any request on my part, my Claude subscription was changed from the Pro plan (€20 per month) to the Max plan (€200 per month). I immediately requested a refund, but the chatbot denied my request.
That said, since thousands of users appear to be experiencing the same issue, and since refunds are reportedly not being issued,As I am a lawyer, I have opened a Europe-wide Class action, participation will be free of charge.
