Bug Description
As soon as you start working on a human physiology simulation project, Fable begins censoring the content. Even when the goal is educational, scientific, or research-oriented, it often flags or blocks discussions related to biological systems, anatomy, pharmacology, or physiological processes, making it difficult to develop realistic simulations.
