[FEATURE] please add a maxParallelAgents limit

My Claude Code just spawned 142 agents that ate through my 5-hour usage limit in 20 minutes...

I'm currently working on migrating a codebase from JS to TS... and no, I did not tell it to do that with 142 agents in parallel... that is such an unbelievably wasteful use of tokens...

Please, for the love of God... I know you want people to just pay more... I understand that... but think of the children and the trees...

And me spawning 142 agents surely contributes to your frequent outages...
