[BUG] USAGE limit error on claude CODE, even without using claude

What's Wrong?

When I try to use claude code, its returning claude usage limit error even when limits are unsed and clearly available. Although on browser I can access claude

What Should Happen?

It shoudl hit the limit, as on browser its not showing limit
