[Bug] Claude Code blocks security hardening on user-owned projects

Bug Description
I built serenities ai using claude code, i fully own the project and the whole code every line of code, architecture was written by
Claude and yet I am not able to find and fix bug using Fable 5. It is not letting me harden the security of the platform I built with Claude itself.
