[Bug] Model switching during execution breaks security hardening workflow

Bug Description
I'm now having to manually check if the model is Fable 5, rather than Opus 4.8. It's a problem because now, I Can't harden everything in terms of security confidently. You need to tune down the safety sensitivity because it's impacting my attempts to harden it all. I noticed that on the last attempt, I've witnessed changes from Fable 5 to Opus 4.8, RIGHT in the middle of the secruity hardening and vulnerability closing gaps
