[Feature Request] Safety filtering too aggressive for legitimate elderly care/biomechanics projects

Bug Description
my simple message as CTO of LINDERA who is working on refactoring our codebase gets flagged because we are working in Human mechanics and Fall prevention sector for elderly people. I am not able to use Fable 5 in my most important project. For me it is joke to flag these type of projects and works. At this point Fable 5 is useless.
