Claude CLI crashes immediately on startup after the latest update.

Version: claude 1.x.x
OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Steps to reproduce

  1. Run claude
  2. Observe immediate exit / segfault

Expected

CLI opens normally.

Actual

Process exits with code 139.
