[Bug] Opus Reasoning Degradation: Incorrect Assumptions and Poor Comprehension

Opus has started to feel like it's just not thinking at _all_. It's making the most ridiculous assumptions about the code, the instructions, and even when I said "button should always show the color regardless of preference" it assumed this applies to the text as well (when it was clarified it does not in a prior prompt).
