[Bug] MCP Server Not Visible After Adding with Project Scope

Bug Description
while I have defined/added a new mcp server by using this command "claude mcp add brave-search -s project -- npx -y @modelcontextprotocol/server-brave-search BRAVE_API_KEY=[REDACTED] and while the .mcp.json file has been successfully created in my project folder, when I do claude mcp list or /mcp - I don;t see the newly added mcp server. Using the -s user or -s local works as intended adn I can see the mcp servers listed and connected
