[Bug] Recursive subagent spawning causes rapid quota depletion

Bug Description
Claude Code spawned 5-level deep subagents for a simple exploration task. Each subagent forwarded basically it's main task to another subagent. 4x4 subagents ate away 80% quota in minutes.
