[BUG] Model generated multiple choice questions in Claude Code VsCode extension for Windows blocks text content

What's Wrong?
This is not a bug, rather the system lacks a feature for UI issues and bad design. I have a recurring issue where Claude Code asks questions from me, then the questions block the actual text I'm supposed to read to and answer based on that. This is a recurring daily pain point in active multiple Claude Code instances open at once use, leading to frustration, tab hopping and editor resizing, time loss. This is mostly affecting vertically small Claude Code VsCode extension tabs which is my primary way of using Claude Code currently.
What Should Happen?
The user should be able to read Claude Code's actual text answer in the extension window before answering the questions in small editor tab sizes. Multiple choice sections should be collapsible to show text underneath.
