What's Wrong?

This is a Claude Code UI issue

• Sidebar/ruler not visible after latest update
• Unable to scroll up in session
• OS: Windows WSL2

What Should Happen?

There should be a ruler/for scrolling so that we can naviage up/down in the claude code UI session.
