[Feature Request] Ask Questions tool should not cancel on single press in vim mode

**Bug Description**
Please fix the Ask Questions tool's behavior to cancel on first <ESC> press when in vim mode. It caused me to cancel many questionares after I typed descriptive and detailed answers to questions. The worst part is I lose all of the answers I typed. It can happen after I wrote 3 out of 5 questions. Since they are detailed it feels like a burden to re-write them. Also, knowing that I will miss some parts of my answer because of that makes it even worst...
