[Bug] Claude incorrectly interpreting non-existent user instructions in thinking blocks

Bug Description
私が行った指示ではないものを勝手に受け取っている。「ユーザーが「message に問題がある」と指摘しているので、」とthinkingに書いてあるが、私はそんな指示をしていない。
