[Bug] Vague "API error" message without error details

Bug Description
I just keep getting an error that says "API error" and similar. Results seem to work, but they also seem to take longer. After running /doctor/ and /feedback and not closing the session, I don't see the red arror text looking back through my chat log, so I can't be more specific.
