[BUG] [BUG] Can't create incognito chat in desktop version, ghost icon minimizes screen #56350

What's Wrong?

Cannot open incognito chat session in desktop version. The "ghost" icon that is supposed to open the incognito session overlaps with the minimize icon, clicking on it simply minimizes the agent. This is a repeat report, no resolution or suggestions were offered in the previous submission. Windows 11 pro, latest updates always installed.

What Should Happen?

Desktop version should be fixes to incognito functionality is restored.

Steps to Reproduce

Simply open the desktop app in Windows 11 terminal. LOOK at the incognito and minimize icons - they overlap.
