[Bug] ESC key in primary REPL window terminates all background agents when team lead is idle

Question

**Bug Description**
When I have a team running (in tmux) and I'm in the primary REPL window and the team lead is idle and I hit esc, it immediately stops all the background agents. This has bitten me three times in the last 2 days.
