[BUG] Got a session limit issue without actually using it, hit the limit exactly at the start of the reset

What's Wrong?

I got my session limit without using it! it hits the limit issue suddenly, more context: the first 5hrs limit resets at 12:10pm(UTC) and that's right, then at exact time of 12:10pm(utc) I tried to resume my
work and prompted "proceed" so I got the session limit issue and now it says it resets 5pm(utc) But I didn't actually used it, please fix this the soonest!

What Should Happen?

I should have a new session exactly at 12:10pm(utc) not still limited.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't have the right steps to reproduce the issue, I think it could be related to the time I tried to resume the session, it was the same time the session resets. Please check the attached screenshot.
