[BUG] Activity heatmap and streak counters do not reflect actual daily usage

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

The activity statistics view in the Claude Code UI is undercounting my activity. The heatmap and the "Active days" / streak counters do not match my real usage.
I have used Claude Code on consecutive days, but:

Active days shows 5 when I have been active on more days than that
Current streak shows 0d despite recent daily usage
Longest streak shows 2d, which is lower than my actual run of consecutive active days
The heatmap only highlights a handful of squares, leaving days blank that I know I worked on

(Stats shown in my view: 9 sessions, 76,518 messages, 159.5M total tokens, peak hour 12 PM, favorite model Opus 4.8.)

What Should Happen?

The heatmap should highlight every day I was active, and the "Active days," "Current streak," and "Longest streak" values should reflect that actual usage.
