[BUG] Claude as for permission of read even the file is inside the project path.

Environment

• Claude CLI version: 1.0.105
• Operating System: windows11
• Terminal: powershell

Bug Description

Claude as for permission of read even the file is inside the project path.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open claude code
2. ask claude to read the content of a file inside project path where I run claude code from.
3. claude will ask for permission to read the file.

Expected Behavior

Claude should have ability to read the file by defualt. Beause the file is inside project folder.

Actual Behavior

Read permission is requested.

Additional Context

I need to delete my ~/.claude.json file to reset the claude code and it will works.
