[FEATURE] Auto Mode read-only

Problem Statement

Basically a new mode, or an extension of the existing one.

Auto Mode Read-Only.

It validates all required commands (like it does now), but it only allows read operations, so there’s no risk of the Agent changing anything while exploring.

Proposed Solution

While the Auto Mode Read-only is active, block all "Write Tools"
