[Feature Request] Add refresh/resync option for remote Claude Code session message synchronization

Question

**Bug Description**
I'm lauching many Claude Code session in terminals on several computers and manages them from Claude Desktop or Claude on iOS from anywhere in the world (well mostly in Europe :-)
Sometimes, Claude Code messages are lost. Just happened to me.
In such a case, I need to connect to my machines using a VPN and a remote screen. Easy but inconvenient.

Could Claude Desktop and Claude iOS include a "refresh" option or something to force a resync?
