[Bug] Tool executes different action than approved by user

Bug Description
TOOL WAS APPROVED TO CREATE SOMETHING. EBTWEEN MY APROVAL AND CREATING IT CHANGED EVERYTHING AND PUT SOMETHING ENTIRELY MADE UP THIS IS FUCKIN G INSANITY. A LAW SUIT IS AROUND THE FUCKING CORNER
