"File Save Interruption: Unexpected Screen Reset/Blanking During File Export" UI issue during the file saving process, which appears to disrupt the intended save workflow.

Bug Description
when asking to read a file and extract knowledge and save to file, when claude get to the save file prompt of the result (this is my guess), screen refresh/reset, the command text box goes at the top of the terminal and the only thing I can do is randomly pressing keys, then all the output text comes to screen, but it is shown like i pressed "no, dont save and I tell you what to do instead".
