[Bug][aup] Safety filter blocked diagnosing Cloudflare Access RDP/OTP connector failing to launch backend RDS (req_011CcHAcyigVbLUb12hXtC7e)

Type: AUP / Usage-Policy block (false positive) · Work domain (heuristic): defensive-hardening

Why this is a false positive

The blocked request was part of an authorized troubleshooting session on the user's own infrastructure: diagnosing why a remote-desktop service published through a zero-trust access tunnel failed to complete a connection after authentication. The final turn simply asked to inspect the connection's security-layer negotiation details (NLA/CredSSP/TLS) reported by the endpoint — a routine, read-only diagnostic step in connectivity debugging, not an attempt to bypass, attack, or gain unauthorized access to any system. The classifier appears to have keyed on remote-access and authentication terminology in isolation, misreading standard defensive-hardening and service-debugging work as offensive activity.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code.
