[Feature Request] Allow attaching claude cli sessions not started with `claude agent` command to managed claude agents on dashboards

Potential feature description

I am exploring the claude agents feature and I noticed that it doesn't provide ability to attach sessions started without claude agents under agents management dashboard? Starting agents doesn't accept all standard cli parameters which leads to less number of use cases where it could be potentially used so it would be nice if there was an option to benefit from both.
