[BUG] Max 5x: Session limits depleting 3-4x faster than normal since June 24, 2026 (claude.ai web)

What's Wrong?

Since the evening of June 24, 2026, my 5-hour session window on Max 5x
is depleting abnormally fast on claude.ai web (not Claude Code CLI).

37% of session consumed after ~30 minutes of normal chat work using
Sonnet model. Previously I could work 4-5 hours without hitting limits.
Same workflow, no changes on my end.

Weekly limit is only 25% used — so this is not a weekly cap issue.
This is purely a session (5-hour window) accounting problem.

What Should Happen?

Max 5x session window should last ~5 hours of normal usage, consistent with behavior prior to June 24, 2026.
