[BUG] claude code after updates is not working on MacOS 26.5..

What's Wrong?

macOS 26.5 (Tahoe) — Claude Desktop fails to launch
Error: RBSRequestErrorDomain Code=5, NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=163
"Launchd job spawn failed"

Version installed: 1.15200.0
Fresh DMG download also corrupt/rejected by Gatekeeper.
Ad-hoc codesign workaround did not resolve launch failure.
Hardware: MacBook Pro M1
