claude mcp add playwright npx @playwright/mcp@latest

Steps to Reproduce

1. claude mcp add playwright npx @playwright/mcp@latest
2. claude mcp list --> playwright: npx @playwright/mcp@latest
3. /mcp -> playright failed - Enter to review details
