[Bug] Opus model experiencing high latency and frequent API errors in Claude Code

Bug Description
Opus in Claude Code is no longer usable. It is taking TOO long to pickup tasks and start working on them. Frequent API errors and classifier keeps failing, breaking the working in progress. It's been like this for 2 days now.
