[Feature Request] Add Kubernetes pod management skill to Claude Code

Bug Description
Would like a skill to manage and work with pods. E.g. creating a pod. Does it need experiments? or a slack channel? etc For now I have to "YOLO" it with Claude and hope its created ok.
