[Feedback] Severe degradation in Claude Code quality - Recent regression

Description:
I am opening this issue to report a massive, noticeable drop in Claude Code's output quality. I do not have the time to do free bug-hunting or compile side-by-side comparisons for you, but the degradation is impossible to ignore.

Recently, the model has become virtually useless for actual development. It is consistently generating incomplete logic, hallucinating basic syntax, and providing outputs that require more time to fix than just writing it from scratch.

Whatever changes were recently pushed to the model or routing have severely crippled the tool. Please review your recent internal telemetry and investigate this regression. As it stands, the current state of the product is unacceptable.
