What's Wrong?

[BUG] Subagents stall waiting for MCP servers to be approved when deployed in worktrees using ultracode.

What Should Happen?

They should inherit the mcp permissions of the agent that spawned them.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Ask claudecode to use ultracode on a task in a work tree.
  2. Load up tmux and look at the subagents.
  3. See that the agents are acting as if they're being initiated for the first time and asking what mcp servers they're allowed to use.
  4. Wonder why this wasn't caught using automatic testing.
